Saskatchewan mini tour next week

Next week we’ll be playing in couple of Saskatchewan shows after a couple months off.

On Thursday, April 3rd, we will be supporting Edmonton’s SLATES at O’Hanlon’s in Regina. It’s free and starts at 10pm. See the rad poster courtesy of Mason Pitzel below.

Two days later on Saturday, April 5th, you can catch us at the Underground Cafe in Saskatoon with our good friends and fellow Reginans Black Thunder and The Marching Martian Marshmellotrons. This show is five dollars and starts at 9pm.

Album Out Now

Our debut album is now available! Physical copies are available directly from us or at X-Ray Records or Vintage Vinyl in Regina. Other independent Western Canadian record shops will follow.

The album is also now available digitally from our Bandcamp page, which includes a six page PDF art book featuring Evan Obey’s artwork from the album. iTunes coming soon.

Tomorrow we embark on an Alberta mini-tour with The Man and His Machine. On the evening of Friday the 8th we’ll be in Red Deer at the Slumland Theatre. During Saturday the 9th we’ll be in Edmonton at The Studio.

Debut Album Release Party

Join us on Saturday, November 2nd, 2013 as we celebrate the release of our debut full-length album at The Club!  Our friends in Black Thunder and The Man and His Machine will be joining us to get heavy and melt faces.  The show is only 5 dollars and doors will be open at 8 pm.

Physical copies of the album will be available at the show!

Debut album out November 2nd

We’re pleased to announce the release of our self-titled debut full length record, out November 2nd on Harvest King Records. The album will be available as a physical CD and digitally via Bandcamp and iTunes.

Recorded in late 2012 and early 2013 with producer Rob White, the album features eleven tracks that build and expand the sound forged on our previous release Pillaging, while retaining its strong rhythm section and immediacy. The full track list is available below:

New Website and Upcoming Shows

Welcome to the brand new Jump Off website. With our new album coming out right away we figured it was the perfect time to launch the site. Check back frequently for news and show updates, or follow via Tumblr or RSS feed to receive updates as soon as they happen.

On June 8th we’ll be joining Johnny 2 Fingers and the Deformities along with The Marching Martian Marshmellowtrons at The Mercury on 13th Avenue.

On June 18th we’ll be playing Toboggan Island. Toboggan Island is a three show mini-festival featuring 18 bands, many of which are headed to Calgary for Sled Island.
